The challenge in designing the Coco Homes site was that it needed to be elegant, warm and functional, and meet the existing branding the company had established. Interest was added to the site by adding flash that showcased images of the company’s quality work. The galleries in each community were cleverly used to display the many available floor plans and the main gallery allows viewers to explore individual communities through images.

The new websites content management system allows Coco Homes website administrators to perform site updates to add pictures, edit copy, add documents and navigation items.

Overall the site was a complete success, it provides information to potential home buyers and achieves the overall warm and inviting look the company was going for.
