Wired Solutions developed a custom web-application portal for the Windsor and Southwestern Ontario Better Business Bureau to manage their company information and consumer complaints, providing full administration by their staff as well as reporting to the general public. We developed a slick AJAX enabled administration area for the BBB staff to manage all areas of their consumer report database, replacing the antiquated MS-Access based system previously in-place.

Previously, the Better Business Bureau staff would have to enter in company data and consumer complaints in a stand-alone MS-Access application that existed on a single workstation in the office. This data would get exported via a comma separated file to the old bbbwindsor.com website, resulting in management headaches to keep data current. Wired Solutions replaced the inefficient work-flow with an elegant web-application that allows staff to log-in via secured administration areas to quickly, and efficiently update company and complaint data. Data is automatically synchronized, resulting in a much smoother work-flow and less management headaches for the BBB staff.
